This is a brief overview of our Community Health Plan (CHP), which sets out our strategic and operational direction for the next three years. Grounded in whānau voice, this plan outlines how we intend to influence system change and uplift hauora outcomes across Tāmaki Makaurau.

- Early themes and priority areas emerging from whānau voice ( experiences and aspirations)
